ABOUT NORTHLIGHT

A small photography studio in Helsinki.

Northlight Photography is a fictional photography business created for this project. The idea is to combine three interests: nature, travelling and photographing events.

OUR STORY

Photography is about noticing the details.

The idea behind Northlight is simple: take good photographs of places and moments that are worth remembering.

Nature photography is one of the main parts of our work. We also photograph destinations and events where there are interesting people, places and situations to capture.

The photographs can be used as wall art, in travel publications and websites, or simply as memories from an important day.

OUR APPROACH

What we focus on

Natural Light

We like using natural light when possible because it keeps photographs looking realistic and natural.

Clear Images

We aim for photographs that are simple, well composed and easy to use for different purposes.

Real Moments

At events, we focus on what is actually happening instead of making every photograph look staged.

Good photography starts with paying attention.
